Where was this when I lived in an apartment? I had neighbors that would have an “interlude” every Friday night at 1:00am. You could set your clock by it. Another neighbor would have his rap music cranked up so loud that I couldn’t hear anything else. The best thing I could do was to crank up the launch scene from Apollo 13
