Apparently this wasn’t obvious for Susan Marshall of Little Rock, Arkasas. The 55-year-old showed up to court for her fifth drunk driving charge of the year drunk. It was her third charge in the past month. Her blood alcohol percentage was found to be 0.147 and she was fined for contempt of court. Marshall claims that she didn’t drive to the trial.
