This has got to be the best legal defense line ever!
Joseph Scordato was arrested last week in New Jersey for public lewdness after a haridresser claims she saw him masturbating in public. He was sitting in his car allegedly with his pants down when she walked by.
The 81-year-old Scordato defended himself by saying, “That’s not possible, I don’t have a penis.” after his arrest last September. Scordato claims that he was scratching dry skin.
If convicted Scordato could face up to 18 months in jail. He was convicted of a similar offense in 1997 and was ordered to attend sex-offender counseling and was put on probation for 3 years.
Is it just me or does this seem like a pretty easy case to try? All the prosecution has to do is have someone examine Scordato.
