Christmas Eve arrested for filing false police report
Pasadena, Texas, police arrested Christmas Eve Hall, 19, for making a false police report after her car was stolen.
Police responded to suspicious activity when a witness called in having seen two men pushing a vehicle into a school bike rack and breaking out the back window with a crow bar.
While officers were talking to Hall, the registered owner of the vehicle, the two men drove up. Even after officers told Hall of the punishment for giving a false police report, she still claimed her car had been stolen.
One of the men admitted trying to make the car appear to have been stolen.
