Man suing ex-girlfriend for gluing his genitals
Kenneth Slaby is suing ex-girlfriend Gail O’Toole claiming that she had used Super Glue to stick his genitals to his abdomen.
The pair dated for 10 months; ending in 1999 when Slaby began dating someone else. Slaby claims that O’Toole invited him over on May 7, 2000, where he fell asleep. Upon waking his genitals were glued to his abdomen.
According to Slaby, O’Toole told him that it was payback for their breakup. Slaby had to walk a mile to a gas station to call for help.
O’Toole served a six month probation after pleading guilty to misdemeanor assault.
Slaby claims that O’Toole owes him more than $30,000.
O’Toole’s attorney, Chuck Evans, contends it was a consensual act and that “This is a case that should have been left in the bedroom.”
