Church makes 6-figure offer for strip club
An Ohio strip club owner is considering a 6-figure offer to buy out his strip club. But this offer comes from an unexpected source - a church.
Bill Martin, owner of the Just Teazin club 25 miles outside of Cleveland, did not identify which church made the offer nor did he tell when he may make the decision to sell.
In 1996 a near by strip club was bought by the Union Congregational Church for $36,000 and turned in to a recreation center before being sold again and used as a homeless shelter. According to Martin, the Union Congregational Church is not the one in negotiations to purchase Just Teazin.
The township of Painesville has previously tried legal means to close the strip club down.
