Coast to coast crime spree of America’s dumbest laws
Richard Smith and Luke Bateman are taking a cross-country trip across America trying to break as many dumb laws along the way as they can.
The pair from England are planning to start at Alcatraz and end 8 weeks and 18,000 miles later. While they felt there “are thousands of stupid laws in the United States”, they are limiting themselves to breaking 45.
Some examples of their plans:
- California - Ride a bike in a swimming pool and curse on a crazy-golf course
- Utah - Hire a boat to take them whale hunting
- South Dakota - Take a nap in a cheese factory
