Law firm ordered to attend ethics class
A judge in Fresno, California, ordered lawyers from the firm Lozano Smith to attend ethics classes. This based on a claim of repeated misrepresentation of facts.
Lozano Smith represents 200 California school districts in special education matters.
And, just for the record, I think this is outstanding. Especially considering they were trying to fight against a student who was denied special education services.
