Lawyer jokes are still legal
A jury in Long Island tossed out a case against Harvey Kash and a friend of his. The ‘crime’: they were telling lawyer jokes. The arrest was for disorderly conduct.
One example of the jokes the pair were telling: “How can you tell if a lawyer is lying? His lips are moving.”
