Cover up Virginians
A bill passed in Virginia makes it illegal to display underpants in a “lewd or indecent manner.” The law carries a $50 fine. According to the bill sponsor, his constituents are offended by underwear being visible above the pant waist line.
On opponent feels that the bill singles out young black males.
