Cell phone company giving perfect out for bad dates
Virgin Mobile in Australia announced a perfect solution for bad dates. You secretly dial a 3 digit number on your cell phone and hang up. A few minutes later an operator will call you back with an excuse to leave. They’ll even walk you through it if you need.
Virgin surveyed 402 people and found that 53 percent have arranged in advance of a date to have a friend call and check in for a possible out. Women were found twice as likely to use this tactic.
