Just say no - WD-40 takes on cocaine
I’ll admit it, I’ve never snorted cocaine. Never had that urge. Heck, I don’t like using nasal spray. So this story struck me as disturbing on a few levels.
Apparently toilets are popular locations for snorting. A British bar owner, 43-year-old Carl Brown, removed the toilet lids from his bathrooms when he became aware of the problem. But, the druggies adapted. They simply started using the toilet seats.
Brown’s solution was to spray the seats with WD-40. The spray makes the drug users easy to spot; they usually get nosebleeds from the solvent.
Brown claims that those using drugs in his bar are the exception and do not fit in with his typical customers. The drug users have apparently gone elsewhere.
