Not that I agree with dwarf tossing, but do we really need laws against it?

Why does everyone think that this is actually law in Ontario. The bill passed first reading in June, 2003 - there are a number of additional steps that it would have to go through to become an Act (and official law in Ontario). Second, settle down. Why get so worked up about it? It’s a joke site.
