Christmas is undoubtedly an extremely secularized holiday, standing more for gift giving and party throwing than the birth of Jesus Christ. As a practicing Christian myself I try to observe Christmas as the latter, however that is not the case for most people. I just find the whole political correctness, "Happy Holidays" movement to be moot.
