A Florida couple is under arrest after calling the police to report a break in at their apartment. They also reported a quarter pound bag of marijuana stolen.
John Douglass Sheetz and Misty Ann Holmes were charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and posession of drug paraphernalia. This, after the couple called police to report a break in at their apartment. Among the missing items: a quarter pound bag of marijuana. The pair told police they needed the pot back because they intended to sell it.
Upon search of the apartment police found marijuana stems and other paraphernalia.
According to Bay County Sherriff Lieuutenant Ricky Ramie: “They’re America’s dumbest criminals.”
