$125 WalMart gift card - a great deal at $127.51
You’d better be careful; eBay is not always a good deal.
A man using the screen name nascarfan82088 won an auction on eBay. The auction was for a $125 Walmart gift card. Problem is, this man won the auction with a bid of $127.51.
Sure, you can find a good deal on eBay; although it’s getting harder. There’re too many scams out there. But, that’s another article. As eBay has gotten more popular, it has become common for items to go for close to their retail value. It’s not uncommon for bids to exceed prices found elsewhere. But, this is a pretty obvious mistake. How could someone stupidly bid over a fixed value?
